2. Weight Distribution:
- Distribute weight evenly within the trailer to maintain stability during travel.

3. Towing Guidelines:
- Use proper hitching equipment and ensure it is securely attached before travel.
- Drive cautiously, especially during turns and when changing lanes, to account for the added length and weight.

4. Propane Safety:
- Turn off propane appliances when not in use and before traveling.
- Regularly inspect propane lines and connections for leaks and damage.

5. Electrical Safety:
- Avoid overloading circuits and use surge protectors when connected to external power sources.

6. Kitchenette Care:
- Clean kitchen appliances and surfaces regularly to prevent grease buildup and food contamination.
- Secure loose items during travel to prevent damage.
- Properly dispose of food waste to prevent attracting pests.

7. Water System Maintenance:
- Regularly sanitize the freshwater tank and lines to prevent bacterial growth.
- Drain and properly winterize the water system before storing the trailer in colder climates.
- Monitor for leaks and repair any damaged connections promptly.

8. Exterior Maintenance:
- Wash the exterior of the trailer regularly to prevent dirt and grime buildup.
- Inspect seals and seams for any signs of damage and repair as necessary to prevent water leaks.

10. Storage and Security:
- Store the trailer in a secure location when not in use, preferably covered to protect it from the elements.
- Use wheel locks and hitch locks to prevent theft.

Shipping:

1. Delivery Options:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options for our trailers.
- Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner at an additional cost.

2. Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping inside UAE.

3. Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently offer shipping within UAE.
- For international orders, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges.

4. Delivery Process:
- Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Our shipping partners will contact customers to schedule delivery to the provided address.
- Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the trailer for any damages and report any issues to the delivery personnel within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the company not being liable for any damages.

Returns:

1. Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, trailers must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date.

2. Return Authorization:
- Customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the trailer back.

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the return.

4. Refund Process:
- Once the returned trailer is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the status of their refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

5. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of AED 200 may apply for returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part. The amount of the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the trailer is received damaged or defective, customers must contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Photographic evidence of the damage may be required for processing claims.

One-Year Limited Warranty for Trailblazer Trailer

Warranty Coverage:
OBK WORLD ("Warrantor") warrants that the Trailblazer trailer ("Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Terms:

1. Duration: This warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date.
2. Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover:

Warranty Voiding Conditions:
The warranty will be void if any modifications or repairs are made to the trailer body, chassis, or electrical system by anyone other than authorized OBK WORLD service providers.

Claims Process:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

1. Contact OBK WORLD at +971 501023608 within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the original purchase receipt.
3. Describe the defect and provide any supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

Remedy:
If a defect is confirmed, OBK WORLD will, at its discretion, either:

• Repair the defective part at no charge.
• Replace the Product Part with a comparable model.
• Issue a refund for the purchase price of the Product.

Limitations:
This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product. The warranty is limited to the remedies specified above.
