Return and Refund Policy

At OBK WORLD, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return a product or seek a refund. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy for each of our three sections: Camping Equipment, Camping Trailers, and Car Accessories.


1. Camping Equipment:

Returns:

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind.  All return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If your return is accepted by the OBK WORLD Team, we will reply to your return email with the details.

- We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.


Refunds:

- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Camping Trailers:

Returns:

- We accept returns of camping trailers within 3 days from the date of purchase.

- The trailer must be in its original condition, and all accessories and documentation must be included.

- You must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds:

- Refunds for camping trailers will be subject to a restocking fee of [5%] to cover inspection and restocking costs.

- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.


3. Car Accessories:

Returns:

- We accept returns on car accessories within 3 days from the date of purchase.

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- You must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds:

- Refunds for car accessories will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exceptions:

- Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Support@obkworld.com
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

Important Notes:

OBK WORLD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
- For items damaged during shipping, please report the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure their safe arrival.
