All products are designed and tested for outdoor use, particularly in GCC environments. However, performance may vary based on usage conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order or per customer
  • Refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers without prior approval

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Payment must be completed before order processing

We accept payments via:

  • Online payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.)
  • Bank transfer (for selected orders)
  • Payment links

For large orders or custom builds, partial payments may be accepted upon agreement.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer
  • Request additional verification before processing

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible depending on the order status.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • OBK WORLD is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Customs clearance
    • Logistics providers
    • Force majeure events

Delivery responsibility:

  • Retail orders: Delivered to customer address unless stated otherwise
  • Dealer/B2B orders: Delivery terms are defined separately (EXW, FOB, or local delivery)

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and in original packaging
  • Return request is submitted within [5] days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used products
  • Customized or modified items
  • Clearance or discounted items (if specified)

Refunds:

  • Processed after inspection
  • May exclude shipping and handling fees

8. Warranty Policy

OBK WORLD products are built for durability and performance. Warranty terms:

  • Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only
  • Does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Misuse, improper installation, or modifications
    • Damage caused by extreme conditions beyond intended use

Warranty period varies by product category and will be communicated at time of purchase.

OBK WORLD reserves the right to:

  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Offer partial compensation

based on assessment.

9. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper installation and usage of products
  • Ensuring compatibility with their vehicle or setup
  • Following safety guidelines

OBK WORLD is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Personal injury resulting from misuse
  • Vehicle damage due to incorrect mounting

10. Dealer & B2B Terms

For authorized dealers:

  • Access to dealer pricing and materials is confidential
  • Dealers must not publicly display confidential pricing
  • OBK WORLD reserves the right to revoke dealer status at any time

Dealer-specific terms (pricing tiers, MOQ, logistics) are governed under separate agreements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including:

  • Logos
  • Product designs
  • Images and videos
  • Descriptions

are the property of OBK WORLD and may not be used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

OBK WORLD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Damages exceeding the purchase value of the product
