- Drive cautiously, especially during turns and when changing lanes, to account for the added length and weight.

4. Propane Safety:
- Turn off propane appliances when not in use and before traveling.
- Regularly inspect propane lines and connections for leaks and damage.

5. Electrical Safety:
- Avoid overloading circuits and use surge protectors when connected to external power sources.

6. Kitchenette Care:
- Clean kitchen appliances and surfaces regularly to prevent grease buildup and food contamination.
- Secure loose items during travel to prevent damage.
- Properly dispose of food waste to prevent attracting pests.

7. Water System Maintenance:
- Regularly sanitize the freshwater tank and lines to prevent bacterial growth.
- Drain and properly winterize the water system before storing the trailer in colder climates.
- Monitor for leaks and repair any damaged connections promptly.

8. Exterior Maintenance:
- Wash the exterior of the trailer regularly to prevent dirt and grime buildup.
- Inspect seals and seams for any signs of damage and repair as necessary to prevent water leaks.

10. Storage and Security:
- Store the trailer in a secure location when not in use, preferably covered to protect it from the elements.
- Use wheel locks and hitch locks to prevent theft.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Preparation:

• Each trailer or Trailblazer Set is custom-prepared. Processing starts once your order is placed.
• Standard preparation time is 2 business days. Additional items or customizations may extend this period.
• We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and any delays will be communicated promptly.

2. Shipping Options & Timeline:

• Standard shipping: 1–3 business days within the UAE (after preparation).
• Expedited shipping: Available upon request at an extra cost.

3. Shipping Charges & Restrictions:

• Free shipping within the UAE.
• International shipping is available—additional fees and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery & Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
• Our delivery team will coordinate with you to schedule the drop-off.
• Please inspect your trailer upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours. Delayed reports may void damage claims.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
• Items must be in unused, original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact us at support@obkworld.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RMA).
• Follow the provided return instructions. Items must be shipped securely with all components included.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers arrange and cover the cost of return shipping unless due to an error on our side.
• Trailers must be returned on a truck carrier. Towing is not allowed during the return.

4. Refund Process:

• Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
• Any bank transfer or card payment fees will be deducted from the original payment.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee of AED 200 may apply for non-defective returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

• Notify us immediately at support@obkworld.com.
  Include photos to support your claim.
• We'll coordinate a replacement or refund as needed.

Trailblazer Trailer Warranty

At OBK WORLD, we are committed to providing high-quality products, and the Trailblazer Trailer is no exception. We offer a limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, covering the following:

• Issues with trailer functionality and performance due to manufacturing defects.
• Defects in the construction, frame, and components that impact the safe use of the trailer.

What is Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors (e.g., accidents, weather).
• Wear and tear from regular use over time.
• Any damage or issues resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Voiding Conditions:

• The warranty will be void if any work or modifications have been done to the trailer body or chassis by anyone other than authorized OBK WORLD service providers.

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@obkworld.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process and assist with the next steps.
