  • Make sure the boat is clean and completely dry before storage
  • Remove sand, salt, dirt, and moisture from all surfaces
  • Store the boat in the supplied carrying bag
  • Keep the boat in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area
  • Avoid storing in direct sunlight, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, and high humidity
  • Do not place heavy or sharp objects on top of the packed boat
  • Keep the boat away from fuel, oil, chemicals, and cleaning solvents
  • Store the blackout cover separately if it is damp
  • Leave valves clean, dry, and free from sand or debris
  • Fold the boat loosely along the recommended folding lines
  • Inspect the boat before long-term storage and repair any damage promptly

Warranty

  • Covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • The warranty applies to the inflatable structure, welded seams, valves, and factory installed components
  • Customers must inspect the boat within 15 days of delivery and report any visible defects before use
  • The warranty does not cover punctures, cuts, scratches, improper inflation, overloading, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by sharp objects, fishing hooks, heat, chemicals, fuel, improper storage, or extreme weather conditions is not covered
  • Motor, battery, pump, and optional accessories are covered according to their individual manufacturer warranties
  • Any unauthorized repair, modification, or use of incompatible accessories may void the warranty
  • Proof of purchase, clear photos, and videos may be required when submitting a warranty claim
  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by OBK WORLD
