At OBK WORLD, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Rooftop Tents. We offer a manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Any issues related to structural integrity or faulty components that affect the usability of the tent.
• Any defects that affect the tent's functionality or safety, including zippers, poles, canvas, and stitching.

Inspection Requirement:

• It is essential to inspect your rooftop tent for any manufacturing defects immediately upon delivery. If any issues are found, they must be reported to us within the 7-days.
• If the tent is used before inspection, the warranty will be void. The tent should be returned immediately for inspection if any defects are identified.

What is Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors (e.g., weather, accidents).
• Wear and tear from regular use over time.

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to our customer service team at support@obkworld.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process and assist with the next steps.

Replacement Eligibility:

• To claim for a replacement, the tent must not be used. If the tent has been used, the warranty will not cover a replacement.

2. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
3. We will assess the situation and arrange for a repair or replacement if deemed necessary.

- Adhere to the recommended weight limitations 300 KG specified to prevent overloading the rooftop tent.

- Use caution during extreme weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, or snow.
- Close all windows, doors, and awnings securely to prevent water ingress and maintain stability.

- Clean the tent fabric and components as per the manufacturer's recommendations using mild soap and water.

- Check the condition of the mattress and replace if necessary to maintain comfort and support.

5. Storage and Transportation:
- When not in use, store the rooftop tent in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
- Properly secure the tent and accessories during transportation to prevent shifting or damage.
- Use the provided travel cover to protect the rooftop tent from dirt, debris, and UV exposure during transit.

6. Usage Guidelines:
- Avoid standing or jumping on the tent platform to prevent damage and injury.
- Keep flames, smoking materials, and cooking appliances away from the tent fabric to reduce the risk of fire.

Shipping:

1. Delivery Timeframe:
- The delivery timeframe for the Rooftop Tent may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

- Delivery time may take between 2-3 days.
- Customers will be provided with an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Charges:
- Free of charges to our third-party in Dubai.
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on the customer's location and chosen shipping method to the other cities in UAE.
- Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Carrier:
- Customers will be informed about the progress of their shipment once it has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Address:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the full delivery address and contact details.
- Changes to the shipping address may incur additional fees or delays in delivery.

5. Shipping Inspection:
- Upon delivery, customers should inspect the package for any visible signs of damage or tampering.
- If any damage is observed, customers should notify the carrier and the manufacturer or retailer immediately to initiate a claim.

Returns and Exchanges:

1. Return Eligibility:
- Customers may be eligible to return the Rooftop Tent within a specified timeframe, typically within 10 days of receipt.
- The rooftop tent must be in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories included for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Authorization:
- Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the company before returning the rooftop tent.

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on the part of the manufacturer or from our company.
- The rooftop tent must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
- A restocking fee may apply to returns of the Skylight Rooftop Tent.
- The restocking fee (AED 300), if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt and inspection of the returned rooftop tent.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or bank transfer, choice will be taken solely according to our company status, minus any applicable fees or deductions.

6. Exclusions:
- Returns may be subject to certain exclusions or limitations, such as customized or special-order items, clearance or final sale items, and items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
