One-Year Limited Warranty for Trailblazer Trailer

Warranty Coverage:
OBK WORLD ("Warrantor") warrants that the Trailblazer trailer ("Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Terms:

1. Duration: This warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date.
2. Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover:

Warranty Voiding Conditions:
The warranty will be void if any modifications or repairs are made to the trailer body, chassis, or electrical system by anyone other than authorized OBK WORLD service providers.

Claims Process:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

1. Contact OBK WORLD at +971 501023608 within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the original purchase receipt.
3. Describe the defect and provide any supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

Remedy:
If a defect is confirmed, OBK WORLD will, at its discretion, either:

• Repair the defective part at no charge.
• Replace the Product Part with a comparable model.
• Issue a refund for the purchase price of the Product.

Limitations:
This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product. The warranty is limited to the remedies specified above.
